Groups

The UIndy Counseling Center offers group therapy for eligible students. There are 2 groups and 1 workshop being offered during Semester II of 2015. These are:

1) GRADUATE STUDENT SUPPORT GROUP!!

The Grad Student Support Group will help members:


This group will be facilitated by Counseling Center staff and is FREE for eligible graduate students. It will meet on Friday afternoons, with the time to be determined based on mutual availability of participants.

2) HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS GROUP (for full-time UIndy day students!!)

The Healthy Relationships Group will help members:


This group will be facilitated by Counseling Center staff and is FREE. The group will meet on either Tuesday or Thursday (to be determined based on mutual availability of participants) from 3:00-4:30 p.m.

3) "MINDFULNESS EXPERIENCES"...a 3 week series

Gain knowledge, as well as actual skills, about the personal practice of mindfulness.

3 Fridays:
February 13th, 20th, & 27th
12 PM to 1 PM, Schwitzer 012
Facilitated by Dr. Kelly Miller & Jillian Rosati
