Health & Wellness Center

The Health & Wellness Center is a fee-for-service office. This means that there are nominal fees for routine immunizations, medications, testing and treatments. Payment is expected at the time of service. We take cash and debit/credit cards. The Health & Wellness Center does not file insurance forms, but patients will receive a receipt, which allows them to file a claim on their own.

A typical fee runs from $5-$25, with some procedures and vaccines being more expensive. If fees are not paid within ten (10) days of service, a hold will be placed on the student's electronic file until payment is made. Further, the Health & Wellness Center will no longer see the student except for first aid/emergency type care until payment is collected.

Remember to always bring some sort of payment for any fees that you may have.

Counseling Center

Counseling services are provided for full-time undergraduate day students and full-time graduate students in health professions for up to 8 sessions during the school year. If further services are required or requested, additional sessions are $5.00 per session. The Counseling Center operates from a brief therapy, solution-focused model of counseling. However, the client and therapist will decide on what best suits the students need(s). Part-time students and faculty/staff may be seen for assessment and referral on a one-time only basis.
